Calls and sounds of one note (perhaps repeated)

Previous steps in the key:
Initial step of key

These selections relate to the quality of the notes, their pitch, and the speed of their repetition.

(1) Harsh, raspy and unmusical calls. (At least in my opinion).

(2) Low-pitched calls. These include quacks, honks, hoots, booms and yelps.

(3) Clear whistles, chips and peeps. This group does not include trills, twitters or "churrs".

(4) Trills, twitters, "churrs". These are the same note repeated so quickly that individual notes are hard to distinguish.
