Inflated search counts for December 2002. The upgrade to Ipac from WebPAC was accompanied by new logging criteria, and my statistical reporting did not correctly take these criteria into account. Comparison with other months suggests that searches were counted doubly. Rather than change the numbers in the report, please be aware that all these counts should be halved to allow comparison with other months. Comparison with other months suggests that doubled search counts occurred in December 2002, and January, February, March and April 2003. Want more info? Contact me (Jim Felley) at jfelley@si.edu.
