Biographical / Historical
Arthur Atkins (1873-1899) was a landscape painter in California. Born in England, he moved to San Francisco at the age of 19. In 1897-1898, Atkins visited England and France, studying art in Paris.

Lent for microfilming 1974 by Kent L. Seavey, relationship to Atkins is not known.
