Rose Marie Roybal (Puyallup) took part in the National Anthropological Archives' American Indian Cultural Resources Training program in the 1970s. Willie Frank Sr. was aged 96 when Roybal photographed him and was identified as the "oldest living Nisqually Indian." Willie Frank, Sr. died in 1983 at the age of 104.
