This accession consists of proposals, work plans, studies and reports prepared for the Smithsonian Institution Archives (SIA) by American Management Systems (AMS).
The studies and reports were used to analyze current SIA management systems and to offer suggestions for improvements to enhance efficiency and delivery of services. Some
