The Eastern Bird-Banding Association was founded in 1923 by a group of New York and Pennsylvania ornithologists to aid the Bureau of Biological Survey in the banding and study of migratory birds.
This finding aid was digitized with funds generously provided by the Smithsonian Institution Women's Committee.
These records consist of a single bound volume which contains the Constitution of the Association and the correspondence of some of its officers and members. There appear to be gaps in the correspondence.
