Descriptive Entry
This collection consists of glass plate negatives depicting various aspects of glaciation in New England states. The negatives were used in the United States National
Museum's geology exhibition at the World's Columbian Exposition, Chicago, 1893. Apparently, they were taken by William Otis Crosby and Oliver Cummings Farrington and purchased
by the USNM for exhibition at Chicago.
