This catalog describes specialized research bibliographies. Included are the Cephalopod Bibliography, the History of the Smithsonian Bibliography, the Marine Mammals Bibliography and the Museum Studies Bibliography.
The bibliographies are stored together in a common catalog. If your search results in more than one 'hit', you'll be given a 'short view' of possible choices with the name of the bibiography labeled in the 'Cataloged By' section. For best retrieval results when conducting a Keyword Search, limit your search to a specific bibliography before executing a search.
Be aware that very few of the citations are housed at the Smithsonian Institution Libraries (SIL). To view a paper not available from the SIL, contact the author identified in the citation.
